The Platform offers tools and resources for software development, including but not limited to code repositories, project management tools, collaboration features, and integration services ("Services").

b. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

b. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Platform, or any other systems or networks connected to the Platform.
c. You shall not upload, post, or otherwise transmit any content that:
Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy. Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights. Contains software viruses or any other computer code designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.
a. Ownership: The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Chatium and its licensors.
b. License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for your personal or internal business purposes.
a. Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you upload, post, or otherwise transmit via the Platform.
b. Rights: By submitting content, you grant Chatium a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content.
c. Monitoring: Chatium reserves the right, but is not obligated, to monitor and remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
a. Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the Platform.
b. Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Platform if you violate these Terms or for any other reason, without notice or liability.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Chatium does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
In no event shall Chatium be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chatium, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
